Project Summary: Richardson Associates over the years has provided the electrical design for many renovations to this facility, the three most recent being the 1995 renovation of the first and second floor offices of Building "A", secondly, the electrical component of the 1996 space optimization study and finally the 1998 computer room electrical service upgrade and standby power.

Some of the electrical design features incorporated into these various renovation projects include:

	Fire alarm and protection systems.
	Local area network data systems.
	Surge protection systems.
	Energy efficient fluorescent lamps and electronic ballasts.
