Project Summary: Watts Communications is one of Canada's leading call centre providers with centers located across the country. In March of 1996 Watts Communications opened their first call centre on Prince Edward Island, a 15,000 sq. ft. facility located in the West Royalty Industrial Park. The Centre is designed to accommodate a staff of 200 and operates on a 24 hour per day basis.

Richardson Associates (1993) Limited provided the electrical design services for the building including systems such as:
